The challenge
A greenfield corporate banking platform. The bank chose AI-native, spec-driven delivery on AWS Kiro, and Virtusa needed it proven on a real, regulated module.

Vertical slices, each shown working. Where upstream systems were not ready, we built to agreed contracts with mocks, so no one sat idle. Then we handed the method over.
